You're better off spending "homework" time making notes and practice papers.
Only thing homework is useful for is Math.

Our school reccomends 4 hours for year 12 of homework and study it is usually, homework-assignments-study in that order

by the time you get to the closing end of year 12, you really stop doing shit that isnt going to be assessed and affect you ranking until your major works are done.
right now, history x has resulted in my not handing in about 6 different essays ive been asked to hand in (rebellious i know, right?), but theyre non assessables, so, i dont really give a shit.

Yeah, I agree that Mathematics is the only subject in which homework is necessary. For the subjects I'm doing, particularly Biology and Physics, I find it more appropriate to understand the concept, apply it and memorise it.
