Enough i guess, considering i was out on actual holidays at Forster.

I did manage to cram in my 2nd reading of Pride and Prejudice although the book was confiscated from me by my dear cousin on Xmas and Boxing day aha.

I do about 5+ hours a day, but plenty of procrastination in there as well of course.

So far i've managed to:
  • Finish off my physics notes for the term (wasn't much left)
  • Do lots of 4U graphs yay i actually know how to do them now + revision for complex numbers
  • Do roughly 40% of my base english essay on Harwood for the HSC
  • Get most of my Extension History research out of the way (about 80%) and did my logbook while researching
  • Did revision on 3U math topics that i knew were slipping from my mind + HSC examples
  • Read over my modern history book and made sure i wasn't missing any sheets etc
  • Look and my chem book and groan :)

I should get back to work soon, physics past HSC questions is up next... i've been meaning to do them for a while now XD

I'm quite proud of myself, especially considering i'm just learning to study this year :D

@TunaFish - LOL i go out too, though i've actually planned which days i'm going out etc :karate:

Yeah, holidays should be used to chill. But as some people have told me, it's the opportune time to get some major work done- especially my extension history major :)

Wow. You've done heaps of productive work. Imagine the list of things you can complete throughout the summer if you keep that up.

I also plan the days I chose to go out. Its frequency is just alarmingly high.

Thanks, i am hoping that the trend continues, although i'm out for a lot of january :haha:
AHA yeah, days going out it roughly the same as days studying... although days studying does happen to include procrastination as well ^^

People are different, some can get very high marks by doing little work due to the fact they can absorb information easier and write well, and others must study constantly in order to attain similar marks. I did barely any study in all of the year 11 holidays, and did little study before exams (though I did pay attention in class), and the marks I recieved disappointed me, due to the fact that if I worked on my weaker areas I know I would have gotten better marks.

Different Methods work for different people, but no, you do not have to think that you to need to study 10+ hours to achieve a high UAI, you don't even need to go ahead in your topics, though it will give you an advantage even if you just look though the general concepts.
