Get an integral of secant^5 u, integration by parts twice to arrive at the answer.

It can actually be done without the substitution. And if you know the standard integral for sqrt(1+x^2), you only need IBP once.

I wasn't sure how to latex the limits when subbing into the primitive so I sort of left that part out (I'm used to solving just indefinite integrals on BOS in the past lol)

In MathType, there is a dual superscript/subscript template which works effectively. I wonder if there is a similar command in Latex.

Just inputting blah^{superscript}_{subscript} works fine.
