Justin would like to request that the IPR members try to keep the conversation a little further away from the gutter.

By the way, Justin was not implying anything about Marcus and Lynn earlier. He was just purposely excluding her so she'd say "Where's my name?"

True, true, but Justin would also like to remind everyone that this is the Extension 2 spam thread and that it could very well get closed if we're not careful. :)

"True, true" Evan bows to Justin/s wisdom. In the interest of maintaining a level of coherence Evan then queries for anyone here who has done art- how much is essay and how much is practical? For Evan does not think he could do lots of art pieces in addition to his english MW. As Evan is thinking of taking up an additional subject through correspondence. Evan already has completed Adv Eng and Bio so he has a teensy weensy bit of spare time left.
Evan also asks Matt and Diana about their return to school. Evan also jeers at them as he doesn't have to go back till the seventh :D

From what Justin has seen, Visual Arts has a very high workload, buy he thinks Evan should wait until Marcus comes online, as Marcus has done Art.

Marcus informs Evan that theory and practical are equally weighted in Visual Arts. The written exam is worth 50, and the Major Work worth 50. Visual Arts requires a fair amount of dedication. Depending on the amount of work your teacher sets, it can be stressful. But it is also lots of fun.

Well the thing is are you regularly expected to submit an art piece i.e for your assessments and trials or is it just your MW with written work throughout the year. And is it something that you think could be done through correspondence or would it be better to do it at a night class once a week

Marcus tells Evan that you are given practical process marks, rather than having to regularly submit different pieces of art for marking. Marcus found that he was often sitting in class doing nothing constructive, because most of his work was better done at home. On the other hand, he found having the teacher in close contact to be useful. Marcus thinks that correspondence will be a little less stressful. It will give Evan more space to work on his own, and develop his own ideas. But Evan must also make sure he gets some guidance from the teacher. Teachers are useful sometimes, :p.

"Sigh" Evan is still frozen with indecision for if Evan takes up another 2u sub that doesn't have a light workload then the head teacher may well ban him from the lab to prevent Evan taking up any more work so Evan must have the perfect argument and rationale as well as the perfect subject to mix with his current ones( its a choice between legal, ancient or art and Evan's been barred from signing up with the former two)

Marcus informs Evan that Legal, Ancient, and Art are all pretty high-workload subjects.

Tennille is devastated with the fact that Justin agrees with her being a party pooper.
