Lynn would also like to point out that all 53kg of her is muscle, but unfortunately, it is not. Lynn starts feeling guilty about not working harder to get back into shape. As Lynn is quite petite, weight gain is VERY apparent. She wonders whether Tim would like some weight as a present. "My gift to you," she laughs.

Marcus would like to say that Tim's weight is not disproportionate to his height. It is still in the healthy range. Whilst Marcus believes that excerise and fitness are excellent, he would also like to say that curves are cool and that Lynn shouldn't feel ashamed of having them!

Lynn would also like to chip in that weight and BMI is inaccurate anyway as there are just so many factors to consider - fat/weight, bone density, genetics, hereditary factors, build type..

Lynn agrees that curves are cool (especially butts, Lynn is SO delighted at her new butt), but feels that a waist is slightly more important. Lynn has almost no waist at the moment, and since she has a naturally high waist, it looks as if she really does have no waist at all.

Lynn resolves to do some fun working out before bed time. Bellydancing!!! Yay! Lynn loves bellydancing!

Tim knows what Lynn means. He could be going to the gym tomorrow at 7.00 (has to be early cos the gym closes for uni exams at 8.30) and really can't be bothered. But he will go, eventually.

Marcus also plans to do much more physical excersise now that school if finished. He is going to start with his morning jogs, and the usual routine. Plus, he wants to work on his firetwirling technique. He has let it slip a bit!

Lynn agrees that belly dancing is excellent, although she has had no formal training yet (to her eternal sadness) as the course she applied for fell through to due a "lack of interest". One of Lynn's friends has 4 bellydancing sisters though, and he taught her what he had picked up.

Bellydancing is something Lynn is interested into learning more about as it is one of the now-rare non-competitive dance forms
