I think some people here need to remember that going from a town of 5 - 50 thousand is different to moving from a city of 4 million people to a city of 400 thousand people.

Well I wouldn't know that its different, because I have never moved from 4mil to 400thousand before, have I.

I think its pretty important when giving your opinion on something like this to say you are from a small-ish/er town so people can put your opinion into perspective.

South Pac is a sleazy hole...ummm....no offence!LOL...I hav to say thoough, Canberra is awesome.I'm sure maybe Sydney has a bit more of a night life...but hey! Sydney has a bigger pop...so I guess it would. There's heaps of stuff to do. Although the amount of ageing sleazy public servants is a worry..
