I got accepted into Uni of newcastle for B Commerce but deferred until 2010.
I was wondering, am I able to transfer to another uni before actually starting at newy? lol I think its impossible but just wondering because I'd still make the course cut off to the other uni and yeahh...

You can probably apply to UAC at the end of this year, yes.
