In question 19 of the paper, why is it that the electron moves towards the 0V plate? I thought charge always travelled from high potential to low potential?

Iirc only positive charges move from high to low potential. Negative charges (such as that of the electron) move the opposite way

^ Yaaaa electrons move in the opposite direction to conventional current. Of course the electron won't move towards the negative plate.
