They're generally not good because it's generally not possible to predict questions (and so you end up trying to shape your prepared answer to the question and it is never nearly as good as it could have been). I would have abandoned my prepared answers had I been given different questions - and, in fact, one of my questions
was different. I only used one of my prepared answers (on the rule of law).

Believe it or not, I actually don't have a scanner. I'm happy to photocopy pages for you though, if you feel they'd be useful... or I can upload other law assignments I've done (e.g. casenote). They're not very similar to your class test though.
