Hey guys

I have a legal studies assessment task that requires answering of this question:

Evaluate the effectiveness of the legal system in balancing moral, ethical, legal and religious rights and duties in relation to surrogacy.

How could I go about answering this, and what criteria would I need to establish (given the question requires 'evaluation')?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

have a look at your syllabyse, and use the CRAPEE points.

Does it reflect community Standards?
Is it resource effecient?
Is the law accessible in regards to this area?
Does it protect the rights of the individual as well as socitey?
Are laws in this area enforcable?
Does this area have equality?
