gonna post my chronological thoughts here

- Multiple choice was my worst section it made me feel so dumb cuz I did it first😭 oh well
- Knew nothing about peace rights but I think a lucky ICCPR guess will get me 2/3
- They asked for examples plural on a 5 marker? I gave two hopefully it was enough
- I thought the contemporary issue 7 marker was the nicest question on the paper tbh. Very generous and straightforward
- The 15-marker was tough but at least the fears abt transnational were warranted so I got to prepare for it.
- Options were lowkey amazing and both of my prepared essays worked. My assumption is most did option b for family and option a for world order

Some parts of the paper felt kinda bullshit but if I try and ignore negativity bias I think it was ok

Eng Ext1 soldiers I'll see yall over in that thread soon🫡
If it says examples, I think you would just be able to like give two media reports, and explain how they have influenced like the promotion of human rights law. well that’s what i did. for a five marker, you shouldn’t be expected to be across two complete in-depth different cases

the hard thing was it specified how the media CHANGED human rights which is kinda impossible but oh well

nah change is just prompting awarness like "Price of convenience" (4corners 2017) prompting awareness of widespread underpayments leading to better protection under art 7 ICESCR in the Fair Work Amendement (protecting vulnerable workers) Act 2017 cth

I think I genuinely made my own question up for that one, I was talking about effectivness and ineffectivness of media's influence, i'm deep fried 😭
no no!!! just talk about how they raise public awareness, promote national conversation, and investigative

It would be like 1 mark for defining, 1 for explaining, 1 for evaluating, 2 for showing action and reaction i think

You don't need consent if they have a warrant or reasonable suspicion, so since they are entering legally consent is not needed making the answer C
