real i was like isnt judicial oversight when a court actively reviews whats going on before and after... a court only signs off on it, they dont care abt after till court, which can be in a completely different one

i picked a: consent from suspect is mandatory


but c: judicial oversight of police powers has occurred

what are we thinking.

i did c cause it said "legally enter" which means they don't need consent doesnt matter whether it was an emergency or whether they had a warrant or some other reason
idk thats just my reasoning

illegally obtained evidence is not necessarily inadmissible, only if the desirability of admitting the evidence is outweighed by the undesirability of admitting illegally obtained evidence i.e. weighing exercise based on prescribed factors

separation of powers refers to the legislatures ability to make statutory law, division refers to constitutional divide for matters under s 51
