drop fruits, and substitute them for nuts. fruits have too much sugar, and as a result made me look like a teletubby

don't want to lose weight cause i'm somewhat petite enough already, but i DO want to tone my legs and arms.

I watch my weight, happily it doesn't move around too much. I WOULD like to slim down and tone up a bit more, but alas I am too lazy to put the effort in :(

I want to tone my stomach, upper thighs, butt, love handles :)(), and biceps.

I also want to lose about four kilos in the process.

I have been watching my weight ever since I could remember and wanting to lose it whenever I don't have a flat stomach.

How do you get rid of fat on the tummy and the bum? Legs and thighs are not really an issue, seeing as I've rushed to uni everyday in 2006.

butt crunches :uhhuh:

lie on your back as if you were going to do sit ups, knees bent. Lift your body up from the shoulders so you're resting on your shoulders at one end and feet at the other. you'll look like a out of proportion upside down V.

squeeze your butt together fifty times. don't do anything else but squeeze it, trying to push your abdomen up with your squeezes. tightens like nothing else.

for tummy, boxing is great for your obliques and sit ups, the plank, etc will also help.

I gained weight over the last half of last year.

But now I'm back to my normal weight.

I'm not 100% sure but I read somewhere before that if you wanna loss the fat on your stomach, you have to do some aerobics first. Otherwise, lauching into crunches won't help.
