mp3 player: 128 or 256mb? (3 Viewers)

alright, im planning 2 get a mp3 player for the long train trip to uni and back :p

hahahaha im planning in advance

anyway, which one should i get?

128mb: $130 - 64mb flash
256mb: $230 - 128mb flash

both have voice recorder, radio, equilizer, shock proof thingy.. and yeah.. its the same specs

which one should i get?

if that's built in memory and cannot be upgraded, then 256 Megs, more sustainable future wise, and it's better to have that additional memory, if ytou wanted to have your mp3's in a more higher bitrate, then you would require more memory.

why whats wrong with the battery? its aaa...

i think it would be the same size as the sony md remote.

really, a AAA man, i mean they cost alot just buying them, see how it says 10 hrs playback, whenever they say this it means you inserting a battery in there and playing from track one and not doing much volume changing or track flicking or any other function pressing, do you see why some walkmans really last like 1 hr or 2 because people enjoy recording 2000 songs and only ever listening to 5 and havign to flick through the tracks to find it, track flicking is about the most strain you put and eats energy like crazy, so if you are one of them i don't think this is good for u unless u dont mind buying AAA's

yeah i dont mind buying aaa's. i got a whole box of them awhile ago..

i got a box on duracell aaa 100 of them for $90 from some cheap hot house..

yeah i brought heaps coz of by cybot (the real robots magazine thingy)

so besides the batteries, its alright yeah?
i just need a second opionion thats all :)

just use rechargables, they are the way to go for portable audio players.

nope. you gotta see the sellers rating and make contact before buying stuff

its just little things like that that make it count...

batteries are $15 but the chargers r like $35!!

hahahah you cant. unless it came with warrantee when u brought the item. i dont buy things second hand off ebay so i wouldnt know..

like the player im getting. its covered under warrantee - i think a year or so. i didnt read that section properly.
