Re: Official Semester 1 Exams Thread

:( didn't manage my time properly for commercial law :( oh well. guess i'll get about 83 overall in my subject. very disapointing though, considering how hard i tried during the semester and how close i was to topping it.

Re: Official Semester 1 Exams Thread

services marketing was my best exam ever, methinks. should get 90% overall which translates to 85.0 exactly as my average mark in marketing which translates to money :)

Had my BCHM3981 exam yesterday afternoon and my CHEM3912 exam this morning. Biochem wasn't too bad and chem was a bit difficult, but do-able. I have one more exam on Friday afternoon. I've started studying for it today and made it through half the course so far. Go me!

Yayness! Finished today, but not without a good splattering of afternoon rain. PSPC--let's not go there.....and med chem was ok. I babbled on about histamine receptors and drug development and how acetylcholine was a parasympathomimetic in vague terms but really I'm just looking to get marks here and there that will add up overall to a pass. hmmm....that seems to have been my strategy for this exam period and probably more to come--can't ace anything, so just try and get marks everywhere to add up as much as possible.

Re: Official Semester 1 Exams Thread

Oh my god, I feel so relaxed now that everything's done with. GOVT1101 was OK, except that one or two of the short answer questions were so badly written they were pretty much unintelligible. My essay was pretty comprehensive, I think. Hopefully that'll pull me up to a D.

Results start coming out next week, yeah?

Why would you have to go in? Can you organise classes the way you want if you go in?

Govt? Yeah, it was ok I guess. Essay question was nice.

I didn't like any of the questions much, actually. Which one did you do?

Re: Official Semester 1 Exams Thread

I need 63% in today's exam to pass the course. I do not know the course.

Failure incoming :)

EDIT: No, wait, apparently if I do I can appeal to the UN.

Number Whunnn. It was pretty well structured, leaving plenty of room to bring in information from nearly every part of the course. I probably shouldn't comment on the ease of the exam until I get my results back though. :p
