bah, i think it passes the threshold of it being vulgar. It should be banned. While there is no clear line of right and wrong, we at least have some idea of when something is too extreme and should be banned.

Would you see anything wrong with someone inciting a group to murder a person? If you do, that impinges on free speech too.
There are plenty of murder mystery novels describing in great detail the crime, should these be banned?

Before the boring details, I'd imagine the books would attempt to first persuade the reader why they should strap bombs to their person. That's worth a read.

Murder mystery novels are just story books, they don't actually incourage the reader to murder people

anyone that gives away the plot of a harry potter book should be jailed.
Anyone that reads HP should be thrown in the retard bin.

That depends on how the book is written. There are many books I've read which at different times encourage the reader to take whichever of the two sides is narrating in that particular chapter, thus if a murder novel was written in such a way it would allow the reader insight into the mind of a murderer and if they were particularly impressionable encourage them to murder.

Same deal with these books, you'd have to be pretty impressionable to be drawn into blowing yourself up.

honestly. how can people be so thick. If you can't see the difference between a book making you side with a murderer in fantasy, or even a recount from the past, and a book telling you to commit murder in reality in the present, then YOU should be thrown in the retard bin.
Fark yeah, firebrand clerics preach hate and violence to those fringe elements with their militant religious/political rantings, to compare this kind of incitement to "who done it" murder mysteries is just utter fucktard tripe...one harms society, one doesn't

to piss of all harry potter dkheads Snape kills the defence minister cant remember his name! So fock off harry potter fans!

Terrorism books are good that is if they written by terrorist its helps counter-terrorists to counter their moves. Other books are lame and basically say the same thing "terrorism is bad' -- no shit. These books give an incite to why they commit these ridiculous crimes and make the public aware of the 'real world' from their perspective.

The problem is noone should get hooked into it,(HARRY POTTER!) tht is the main problem and as a result they should be banned to terrorists but availalbe freely in the library for students like us

It's a lot easier to convince someone to murder one person who they dislike than to convince someone to murder 20 people and blow themselves up in the process.

Its hardly the case when murdering one person they dislike will probably result in jail time, whilst blowing up yourself and twenty others results in martydom and 72 virgins in paradise for the true believers...

You obviously haven't watched suicide bombers Vs Bruce Willis in "The Siege"

Who's to say that 'murder books' don't encourage people to murder? They certainly make you ponder whether you could get away with murder yourself..... or maybe thats just me....

why do you think programs like CSI and SVU are popular, cause they teach you how they find out who did it so that when you want to do it you can do it properly.

They are by far worse compared to terrorist book!

USA's 1st Amendment!!!

people are entitled to write a book about whatsoever they wish, it is a basic right in western nations isnt it? an individual's right of a say/opinion, so a book supporting suicide bombing missions, though disgusting and horrible, should not be subjected to such criticism, it is afterall only an opinion of the author and perphaps its readers. obviously, there are some people in the world that completely agree with such perverse methods of terrorism, and as they are also people they have a right to be able to voice their opinions, even if it is such a despicable person like osama bin laden. if the book, however describes how to perform such acts, then it should be banned, telling others how to harm our enemies is as bad as actually performing the act.
