Viet-Pride.

Too bad I spend half my life denying my asian heritage.

Hahahaha.

Pho Pasteur near Westfield Parramatta is the bomb.

Gosh, I'm so sick of Pho. I'm Viet and my parents USED TO have it like every fucking Saturday. OMG.

I haven't had Pho in like half a year and I don't plan to ever eat it again (well maybe when I go to Vietnam coz it's like 50c and tastes better).

Zomg. I can't read what ^ says. I fail as a Viet. I can't even fucking speak Viet properly anymore.

Yeah the meat is raw, but that's only because you want the meat to be fresh. The meat will be cooked in the hot lovely tasting soup. You just use your utensils to flip the noodles underneath the surface so that it forces the beef understand and let it soak and cook that way. Trust me, it's lovely, try it.

The boiled soup cooks the meat. I dno't know many people that eat beef 100% cooked though.
