Ok, so far this is what we've kinda got:

- Weekly/Monthly Competitions
- A 'home base' of sorts online for putting pictures up as a profile style.
- Photo-Days/Nights depending
- (hoping to get a few people to help out with talking about) Guides, Tips and Classes on taking photos from those who are professional/semi-pro.
- Discounts (we've got to clarify this point, kinda depends on our bargaining and how we can get it started and what not)

If you guys have any other suggestions, or could help us with a) $$$ Crunching, b) resources (particularly members or guest speakers, and roughly how to 'repay' them c) possible positions/members. Then please PM either jimmy or I.

yes, we definately will do something like that
although online lessons on software such as photoshops can be a hard thing, given ppl use diff version and such..

but we will be definately giving like wkly tips and such...

You guys can just start off slow, start a few comps and stuff, probably leave photoshop till later? Get basics right I guess? So how many 'pros' and 'newbies' are there? Maybe focus on the newbs first...

Some good articles about the ins and outs of photography would be awesome.

An up-to-date buying guide for various categories of cameras would be desirable, too, if it could be maintained...
