^^^
More specifically USYD
And even more specifically if your in the science/med faculty
Some questions may seem stupid but bear with me.
1. How many clubs should a first year join whilst maintaining a good study routine. (I'm interested in like 20 of them so far...)
2. Is the Sydney University Surgical Society (SUSS) active/still alive? ~ some of the stuff on usu seems to be outdated
3. Whats the best food spot (preferably cheaper and asian cuisine)
4. What actually happens on O-week/first week - (What freebies do we get)
5. Can you go to the bathroom whenever you want? (When in lectures)
6. Does USYD have a casual football team - I might try out for the rep team but I don't want to be too dedicated when it comes to exam periods, so a casual/club football team is preferred.
7. If I'm doing Med-sci and science will I get to work in the Susan Wakil building? There were these cool dummy hospital rooms on open day.
8. Is there only one football field? (The one near the physics building) It looked a bit sad ngl...
9. Any cool ghost stories?
10. Is there a quicker way of getting to the uni from redfern? Or any direct route that takes me to the front of the uni from like central or smth.
11. Where can I access past papers, textbooks (online) etc.
12. Is there a 3D printer available for us to use?
13. Do people buy/wear the USYD merch? I want the hoodie or jacket
14. Are there charging ports like everywhere. Specifically in the lecture room. My mac is a potato and my phone is becoming one too. dont rly wanna be spending lectures at the back or sides all the time. (I am looking for new devices)
15. Are the lectures quite busy? especially for med/health/science subjects- a lot of ppl ik are saying 'wooo no classes etc' ~ so skipping

I might add more q's later as they spawn in my head

1- I joined like ten but never attended events. You could always just join stuff when ur free
2- check the socials like insta/facebook
4- meet new people, just walk around. Can’t really remember the free stuff
5- yea u can do whatever
7- maybe, even tho I’m doing a med/health degree I barely had classes there
10- bus routes 423, 426, 428 and 430 are the best from central to Usyd and if I’m not mistaken u can take them from Newtown too
11- idk if u can get past papers from anywhere but textbooks u can just check the unit outline and get it from like zlibrary or Anna’s archive. U will probs just rely on lecture slides tho
12- yes
13- yes

Sorry I couldn’t answer all of them
