Scrubs is more comedic and light-hearted than Grey's Anatomy even though its has its dramatic moments. Grey's is pretty much the opposite, drama with comedic monents.

However, I never really got into Grey's even though it shares similar concepts to Scrubs.

However IMO House M.D beats both of them

STuff greys! its just like any other soap opera, whilst scrubs has its funny moments and the story line is just better.
