1. B
2. C
3. B
4. B
5. A
6. D
7. A (I'd never heard of the term 'selling-oriented marketing' before, but I linked it to the "persuading customers to buy products" part of answer A)
8. B
9. C
10. A
11. C
12. B
13. C
14. B
15. D
16. D
17. B (I thought D, but realised It has to be B because the question said "before seeking a legally binding decision". That rules out D which has the Anti-Discrimination Tribunal bit.)
18. D
19. A
20. B

Overall, I'm confident of a 19/20 or 20/20...

but for 17, i thought B, until i saw it sed the word "before"... so doesnt that rule out B? and make D correct? because mediator arbitrates IS legally binding isnt it?

Um, I'm pretty sure question 1 was C. Political management refers to the management harnessing the various powers of political "groups" just like the person in the stimulus has done. I don't see how it can apply to behavioural. It's definitely not scientific...

Um,,,,,,with 17 i put b) also but is it wrong? because in the last box it said "Mediator arbitrates" - arbitration is a legally binding decision isn't it. so it must be A?

im hoping its b, but yeah..

My Business tutor and business teach both agreed that 17 b) was the correct answer. A and C were definitely wrong, and D ends with the courts being involved, thus it was not the process before any "legal" decision was made.

man its definetly behavioural, top management flattens organisational structure and puts the subordinates into work teams through a laissez faire system.

for q.17 i thought that it was (B) here's my explanation
A) A is just a whole serious of Negotiations and Mediations repeating itself
C) C is obviously wrong coz their are no step for the dispute resolution
D) for D, the first step is rights which is Negotiation but then y would she all of a sudden go and talk with her union rep?? a mediator should be that step, therefore it's wrong too
which leaves B) to be the answer

Nope, mediation isn't a legally binding thing. It was a good question to get, since I did Legal Studies too and was able to use that knowledge :)
