my testimony to that is that most of the information non-aboriginal people get today is about aboriginal peoples relationship with the land and that they want it back....

For the conscription question I put to strengthen the links with Britian. Becasue at the time it was considered the mother country to Australia. Therefore conscription was supporting them.

yes but this is religion... britain was not a totally catholic region. if it was a question asked in modern history for example than yes.... that would have been the answer... but i have to disagree with you there.

i have to admit... i did see ALOT of the 260 people in the exam tapping their desks rather than writting things down

For questoin 8 I personally dont think D is correct because not ALL religious leaders would have endorsed it, I had C and then changed it to B in the last 3 seconds. But now I think im a dickhead cause I reckon the answer is A haha.

I wasnt that prepared for the short answer questions eh especially the 2nd 6 mark one where it asked for TWO religious traditions responses to the list. Had to basically ramble about bullshit. . .

What was your answer for Q8? Given that it says "many Christians" and Britain includes England/Scotland/Wales, I went for A since "Britain" would cover virtually all Christian denominations.

Exactly! We can't forget the Jews..despite the small population here in Aus the enlistment was really high.

the question doesn't say anything about the rate of enlistment. No doubt the majority of soldiers were Christians, so your reasoning doesn't really apply to this question.

although I will accept that A is probably the better answer.
