i think 19 is A not B... foreign aid from the Australian government is part of ''net current transfers'' which is on the current account not the capital and financial account

I dont think 19 is A. Isn't interest counted in the current account. nOt capital and financial account. correct me if im wrong

Aid to build infrastructure (roads) goes in capital account

correct... 19 is B... foreign aid is in the current transfers in the current account unless it is used to build capital in developing nation, in which case it is recorded on the K + F account.. in this case it is used to build roads

foreign aid to INFRASTRUCTURE is in cafas ONLY IF infrastructure... i got it wrong anyway :p

Cool I got exacty the same accept for question 3... I got B

Atleast the multiple choice will make up for how badly I screwed the rest of the exam up.

because used to borrow from RBA but all it caused was inflation as all ur doing is increasing money supply without increasing supply of G/S. so dont do it anymore

i reckon its c cause A is recored as a surplus, b is on the net currect transfers and c is recorded as a surplus on net y so it must be a deficit on cap./fin. accounts

yes 14 was d. the gvt doesnt borrow funds from the rba. the rba prints money. it borrows from the domestic market via buying commonwealth gvt securities and 19 was b :)
and correct me if im wrong..wouldnt 20 is b....as income ineqality is getting better...if it was C it would be getting worse.
