and also it's common law (straight out of the syllabus)
This debate is still going on? Lol but yeah its EEO just checked with the teacher.

I remember reading somewhere that EEO was only relevant to businesses with over 200 employees. The one in mult choice had 150. So I'm still not convinced :/

Isn't it over 100 employees where businesses must adopt policies that benefit all people equally (Affirmative Action)? Therefore the answer should be EEO, not Anti-Discrimination imo.

lol i dont think that it would be legally recoginsed for a person to 'take care and skill in work activities' under state or federal law - its common knowledge it would be common law.
