wait, this oldish guy who is doing his phd? wears funny hats? i think he tutored me when i took it. was fucking shit.

well he's finished his phd now, but yeah, funny hats. he was my tutor for aust pol last year, i thought he was pretty cool. dont know how he is as a lecturer though.

in other news, i'm getting a cold and want to kill myself. was coughing a lot on the train so i probably infected the guy sitting next to me. but he got off at lapstone, so he deserves it if he lives there.

i thought todays was really interesting actually, much better than average. havent been enjoying kathryn so much for anhs2607 as for anhs1005, but i liked today's. i'm liking the architecture and topography component of the course much more than the poetry, which probably explains it.

I usually find the building stuff interesting but i kept falling asleep anyway. Especially in the second half. There was aout 20 minutes where i don't remember anything

But yeah Francis' lectures are like masturbating with a cheese grater and barbed wire. As soon as poetry enters a history course i lose track of it all
