Yeh, IIRC the average last year was 19/40. Was a shocker of an exam that hardly allows you to demonstrate your knowledge/ability.

is 2205 TPA and Consumer Law? Is it interesting, easy, fun, etc?

Just randomly, it took me the whole semester (as in, class is now finished) to figure out who the familiar looking pale guy who sits at the back of the classroom is!! (I checked your online timetable and figured it must be you!!)

Sorry if you thought I was being rude, I have had a lot on this semester.

The 'But daaaaaaaaaaahling, I neeeeeeeeeeeeeed it' one? I'm pretty sure that was real. The Outraged! tone they were taking ("Think it's gross? Tell the Law Faculty!") seemed pretty genuine.

I'm all for exams adding humour, because Christ knows it's a welcome relief from the whole 'Answer TWO questions. Do NOT write in pencil. You may NOT leave before 30 minutes have elapsed. If you fail this exam YOU WILL DIE' thing, but I think that one was a bit over the top. Particularly making the gay guy install a lewd sculpture, have AIDS and flounce off for aromatherapy.

oh bloody hell. last bull online is from over a month ago. i wish to see that exam. it doesn't sound like its a real exam, though. Is it a Commercial Law or Law exam? Could someone retype the question?

It was a LAWS paper, not CLAW. I'd type out the edited highlights (the whole thing is pretty long), but I think I've already thrown it away.

Last year it was on the 19th of June.

What does everyone think is better? Tues, Wed, Thur uni, 4 day weekend or Mon, Wed, Thur Uni? I'm kind of torn.
