Yes, if students are capable. I don't think there is anything wrong with extending a student's capability. It's like saying that its wrong to teach an 8 year old to cook because other 8 year olds haven't learnt to cook yet.

not during school, there are special programs outside school hours that do this, i.e. enrichment classes held before/after school (at school)
