Ok. Explain the changes? Like friendship with everyone around you?
Tell them how you feel. Tell them you're not looking for a relationship at the moment.
Do you actually want to say no?
Cause if you're a no, you would of already said no.
Just friendship with him... I want to decline the dude but I know how he is and he'll probably get really hurt and stop talking to me completely. Forever... probably.

If your politely denying him and he's not taking the hint, you have to use force
This.
And you're leading him on if you're "politely denying him".
Unless you want to? o.o

Tell him you don't want to loose his friendship.
Be assertive.
It might be awkward at first and he might not want to see you much, but that's the only way that he can get over it.
It might hurt him if you're around. So you will probably loose his friendship for a while, depending on his type.

Alternatively, say yes =D

Aww... i'm such a bitch. Told him I was going out that day with my friends...
I think telling him i'm busy that day is the same as saying no. Right?

You're really bad with guys. You have to actually say no, otherwise he'll keep trying.

You're better off being honest. Flat out say you're not interested in a relationship with him, but you're always keen on hanging out as just friends. He'll stop bugging you when you tell him he's not going to get any off you.

What if I just ignore him for a while. Like... cut all contact with him for like a month?
I can't bring myself to say no.

This guy seems similar to what I used to be like. In his head he'll need to hear no otherwise he won't be able to move on. Plus, it will make it seem like you are less heartless in the long run.

Just tell him you don't feel that way about him. If you tell him you like someone else he will be wondering what is wrong with him and what is so great about this other unnamed person.

Aww man, I should have said no to begin with. Then I wouldn't be in the predicament. *sigh*
I shall tell him the truth... if/when he asks me out again.
