Nope, you're a moron. Meat does not cause weight gain. If you ate a meat only diet, you would lose a lot of weight.if you eat lots of meat everyday, just reduce it to smaller portions; try to eat meat every 2-3 days.
NO, NO, NO. You're a fucking moron.Lean meat, like chicken (breast, not wings or drumsticks) , lamb is good rather than stuff like bacon and beef. This might sound obvious but when there is fat/chicken skin on the meat, don't eat it, it's bad for your heart and you will only pack on the pounds again
