I also didn't get on Council; I think mainly because Labor Students spent the whole time campaigning for Action rather than ourselves. Still happy to see Choice get smashed though, considering how much more effort they put in than Spark (or, for that matter, Go!!!).

The National Union of Students is a blemish on all University Students: they are pollution to the average student fee-payer and a burden to anything remotely ordinary, normal, Australian and sane.

I was more referring to the "Choice hate refugees and want to kill your clubs and socs" posters, various occurances of tearing Choice pamphlets out of voters' hands etc.

Secession from NUS is a valid platform, by "negative campaign" i was more referring to tactics such as the above being used rather than pushing ones own policies.
