i dono how to use this thingy.. im replyin to a thread.. im doing an asingment on physical journeys... and we need 3 texts.. and there is visual, aural, and print, and im doing visual: apollo 13 aural : carrie underwood, Jesus take the wheel and print: huckleberry finn

and i need to identify language features , the text for, the audience and the context in each one...

if anyone has any ideas.. i would LOVE to hear them hehe thankyou :)

Grapes of Wrath, the book by john Steinbeck is a good related text to physical journeys, if you dont have time to read it read a summary.....

the article, survival is most likely related to inner journey because it talks about his mental conditions when he was in pain. There wasnt much phyiscal related in the article. if im wrong could u please provide me some of ur notes "Survival of the Fittest" by Rebecca Winters. TimeMay 12, 2003. Page 55.

Holy jesus you are very commited to helping others, i've had notification of assessment task for a term now and have been searching for just the right text to supplement Jesse Martin and I think either Master And Commander Or Ice Age will Be The texts i'll use, thanks alot.

I think your suggestion of the rover landings was excellent, not only has it got the concepts of a journey, obstacles etcetera, but it also coincides with my prescribed text Jesse Martin well as it too features similar characteristics thankyou, i was having heaps of trouble finding a third text and now i have 1, thanks again:)

youre better off not doing a movie for a piece of related text as often there is too much information and techniques to talk about that it can become difficult to pick and choose what techniques to use in the essay.
