one does not have the right to dispose of one's property as one sees fit. one has the right to do with one's private property as one sees fit - this entails the freedom to dispose of one's property on one's property without interference. given that disposal cannot completely occur in isolation, or rather it is not efficient, people will pay for the service of property disposal (e.g. private waste management).

victims of property rights transgressions (e.g. those having their property ruined by others 'disposing as they see fit') are entitled to compensatory and punitive damages. this will deter the transgression in the first place. failing this, they are entitled to react with violence as they did not initiate it; for instance, by breaking their legs so they can't walk over to your shit and shit on it, or giving them a frontal lobotomy so they lose the compulsion or desire to accumulate material in the first place
