if i got 80/139 as my rank for my eng ad half yearlies, and theres two assessments left before the trials, can i still get to the top 20?
i stuffed up real badly.

guess who i am.. cough fish.

OH btw! how'd u go in chem? god i want the average of the year to be really low >.>

i absolutely sucked at my half yearlies but ive only myself to blame. i did put effort in but nowhere near as much as i should have. so disappointed in myself :mad1:

standard eng 75%
business studies 60%
gen maths 41%
ancient hist - dont know yet
biology- dont know yet
pdhpe-dont know yet but i know ive failed it

hey people
these are my marks for my half yearlies and i think im going to fail my uai considerig i studied like no 2morrow 4 these exams plz can anyone tell me if what im thinking is true and if i will be able to recieve more than 85 for my uai

maths general-3nd-61%
biology-5th-64%
english standard-3rd-77%
legal studies-4th-73%

I think I've reached a point of diminishing returns for Maths. I put in 110% effort in it and it's my lowest mark. Meanwhile, I put 50% effort in Physics and it's my higest. WHAT GIVES?
opposite for me, studied tonnes of physics and screwed it while found maths easy without study

Me toooo. I didn't do as much as I should have, and I fcking faailed half yearlies. 60s/70s :(:(

um well let's see:

English standard: 72% - 3rd
Ancient History: 56% - 4th weirdly enough o_O""
Maths: 90% - dunno rank but maybe 16th...it was an 'easy' test.
Maths ext 1: 58% - dunno rank most people failed though.
Visual Arts: 80% - dunno rank but maybe 6th.
Biology: 84% - dunno rank but highest mark was 88%.

No they don't.
You can't buy a UAI. Going to a private school doesn't mean you'll get a good UAI, regardless of how much money you throw at your school.
dude im just responding 2 wat da other student saying. By the way there are some people who really do put money in private schools expecting a good UAI. I know that not everyone would throw money away like that =)
