Noticed that quite a lot of you actually swim.

When I was in year 12 I competed in my school's swimming carnival, in the 50m freestyle.

My time was: DQ.

(because i touched the ground and hopped to the finish line)

seriously? at our carnival all of the year 12 races were "silly"
we dressed up (all da boiz in morphsuits eshayez) and swam/ran/walked/paddled on blow up animals/floated on pool noodles

- everyone remember to never swim with a morphsuit unless you can breathe underwater

Oh no we didn't have 'only Year 12' races. It was all very serious.

During my reign as Vice Captain, my main point with carnivals was: "I don't care if you can't swim/run/jump, as long as you participate." Let me say, it was a joy at the Athletics Carnival seeing 7 yellow shirts running down the 100m track. I was thinking to myself, "YES! Another 20 points or so to our total! hahahahaha"

well i quit swimming 4 years ago, but pb for 50 free in year 9 was 28seconds

i was only swimming once a week but could surprisingly *almost* match it with the best in my school, beaten by about a second at most times

Can you suggest any exercises for each of them? I'm kind of an idiot when it comes to things like these.
