How do you guys react to the alarms at the entracnce/exits going off? We pretty much ignore them since they go off so often! Peoples swipe cards etc can set them off. We might as well get rid of the alarms because we just ignore them anyway

Yes, he's extremely lazy, but he hasn't done anything that is against the rules, just demonstrating a horrible work ethic, which will get him a really shit reference.
I had some Nightfillers like that when I took over. The longlife manager did nothing about it. It totally did my head in. Thankfully he got moved on and the new manager was brilliant. Lost a few Nightfillers, but I wasn't crying. :)

I don't think they are cutting store operational roles, it's more the internal workers that get paid shit loads to do nothing.
You mean like the head office of Woolworths or corporate as they formally say? 500 is a lot though...

It's not store jobs that got cut. Only difference to us is that they've cut the wages budget. As long as I have enough hours to see the job done, then it's fine.
