Got a haircut but still talks like a robot.

To keep this thread on topic, some hobo looking guy with hands down his pants mumbled gibberish under his breath at me near TH station.

Re: cityrail moments

crowded train, i just sat in the area between the two carriages. the bit where theres a sticker saying 'DO NOT TRAVEL BETWEEN CARRIAGES'.

i dont really see why people arent allowed to travel in it, besides the fact that the floor moves. also, it was incredibly noisy because the joints kept squeaking. i hope those two reasons arent the only reasons people arent allowed inside, thats sort of like a waste of space.

Re: cityrail moments

For some reason, all the creeps [most of them anyway] that I encounter on trains are of indian or middle eastern decent.
This apply to anyone else, or is it just me?

Re: cityrail moments

oh yeah, that reminds me

about five weeks ago i was going to uni. i got off at central and there was this tall, big old white man, wearing a suit and tie. he was 45 or so, standing at the edge of the platform.

he was just standing there, furiously doing that 'roly-poly' motion with his arms. just doing the roly-poly, his back arched slightly backwards as if he was locked in an epic and intense life-or-death battle.

the thing was, he just looked so fucking PROUD! his face was absolutely BEAMING as if to say "Hey everyone!! Look at me! Look at how WELL I can do this thing!!"

Sometimes, I just feel a little sad that i'd never experience the unadulterated happiness that an insane man can get from the most trivial and simple things.

it applies to everyone. look back a couple of pages and there was discussion about it. It's a common thing in indian culture to stare. But yeah, i view all non whites as unclean creeps.

It's not just you. I encounter such scenarios as well.

It's those FOB Indians, (students which came about 1-3 yrs ago), since they've never experienced freedom in their life, they act all hard

Re: cityrail moments

That doesn't correlate at all. If they're not used to freedom they'd be scared of reprisals = not acting out

I have never experienced this "indian creepy" thing

They dont get any freedom in India, if they do something stupid they'll be slapped by their parents and get a beating, over here they have no one looking after them, so they go to the extreme and act like they own everything because they know they'll never be caught by their parents.
