I see people complaining about their unbelievably amazing marks like it's the end of the world. Meanwhile...

English (Std): 66%
Maths Adv : 64%
Chemistry : 58%
Physics : 52%
Economics : 39%

Mystery mark incoming

Kind of scared to get English Ext. back

Haven't gotten any ranks back though I doubt I'm still 1st for Advanced English.

Possibly internal marking thus being a little lax. Or the questions were nice haha.

Finally got my last exam back (SOR2) and got a 92.... It's meh

Lol it's nothing compared to some of the marks on here but I guess I'm happy with it

Update:
Maths Ext 1: 86% (60/70)
Maths Ext 2: 93/100
Chemistry 96/100 (fighting for two more marks so I can be first outright for trials and say I beat the guy who's going to state rank)
PDHPE: 97/100 (lost all 3 marks in MC, so devo)
Adv English: haven't got essays for modules or belonging, nor creative, but got 13/15 in reading
haven't got modern back

90 (raw) is not bombing out son.

Good job on the 90s.

If you're still 1st or 2nd in Economics, the trials mark won't matter. Just kill the HSC externals now

Maths (3u) 60% (i cri everitiem)

In all srsness, it's actually a pretty good mark. If you do similar or even better in the HSC, you'll be fine

Trials marks for English can be very deceptive. Dodgy internal/school marking and other factors.

e.g. 1st at my school got 101/105 for trials. I got 81/105.

In the end:
1st got 93 HSC mark (and exam mark) for Adv Eng
I got 91 HSC mark (and exam mark) for Adv Eng

lol, in response, I'll just quote myself again:

haha thanks a lot!

personally don't want to get overwhelmed by it, just planning to keep on doing the best I can and then see what atar i end up with. personally, if i get too engrossed in the aim of 99.9+,

a) it will put too much pressure onto me and adversely affect me and my study (besides i only need 97)
b) 99.9 + is actually so competitve and hard, so I don't want to expect it in anyway
c) if i don't get it and was so engrossed it, it will set me up for disappointment and all that.

so aiming to do my best and, if i have to do my best, want 99.5 as a minimum. every atar point above will be more and more great!

but thanks guys, your 'predictions' definitely give me motivation to work harder at it, if you see that potential in me. lol
