Has anyone received any results yet? They said they will be released PROGRESSIVELY from 2nd July.

One question, would anyone happen to know when MATH1001 & MATH1002 results are going to be released?

I've asked a person and they said that none of their exams (including MC only) have ever been released near the beginning of this period.

I'm really keen on getting mine back as well, but it looks like we're just going to have to sit and wait .

according to the email from David Easdown, 1001 won't be released until the 13th, and i'm assuming 1002 will be around then too.

I was chatting to a friend yesterday, she does Arts at Sydney - she basically said that she had to wait two weeks from the first set of results she got back, to the last bit of results she got back..

Sigh of relief.. got a better mark than I expected for this unit. I thought I was going to get a CR for this subject after the midsem.

BUSS1001 Understanding Business 66.0 Credit
BUSS1040 Economics for Business Decision Making 65.0 Credit
CLAW1001 Foundations of Business Law 79.0 Distinction

Not surprised that I got CR for BUSS1040, I put in minimal effort into it after the midsem.
I was really surprised with BUSS1001 since I was sitting on a P average entering the finals. ;-D

What is taking them so damn long? Sliding a few MC answer sheets through a machine shouldn't take 2+ weeks.

Generally all lecturers have to go to some form of a department meeting before results are released to ensure their subjects have conformed to bell curves etc. this meeting may not necessarily take place until later as although one subject may have been early in the exam period, others may have been much later. Some departments will have their own set day of release for lecturers to work to - not the uni's 'progressively released from" date. In law for example I believe most marks will be released 13 July - even if a particule subjects marks may be ready before then.

In some cases, they also can't release marks until all students have sat that exam (in the case of supp exams being the same as original exams they want to minimise cheating), and a number of people apply for special consideration.

Yep and then it's under 'unit of study results'.

Most results don't come out until later, so don't worry that you don't have anything yet.

Psych marks are out. Little disappointed with the exam mark but I guess you can't argue with the overall mark. 78 (D)!

According to a graph from UNSW a 66 credit is equiv to a C in America anything less is a C- except D which is a 5-56 ,

So on the official results it says 49.5? I thought they always round up or down, that is pathetic FFS, they should round up in this case. Tough luck mate, I might get the same for CHEM and IMMU kil

Pretty disappointed. I was averaging a D until the last assessment, then I somehow completely bummed out. First non-HD in French language. Le sigh.
