I'm having second thoughts about my preferences now....
its like when I did it the first time all over again
Hopefully I'll get my first/second preference so I won't have to worry or regret
uai is what counts, but some unis are taking your uni marks into account as well - look through the pdf file, where it has the details for each uni, and it'll tell you.Originally posted by MoNNiE
quick question
regarding the mid year tranfers
are UAC basing the selection vai our UAI or are they going to look at your marks -- or it is a combination of both! because seriously i'm lost on that notation
wats UWS then?Originally posted by bubz

unsw - only if you've been at uni for over a year
mq - yes
usyd - doesn't say, but it does say that the cutoffs will not be lower.
uts - only if you've been at uni for over a yr... and you need a minimum uai of 66.

He is telling the truth. A standard BSc counts for little. In order to get anywhere in particular you need to complete an honours year, a graduate course of some description or be taking a combined degree. They do not tell you this till you attend the careers fair in third year, but an extra year or two at uni is not that big a deal.Originally posted by JKDDragon
I sincerely hope you're kidding.
