If anyone knows someone who got 96+ for FINS1613, could you let me know? I have a sneaking suspicion that FINS1613 was scaled down.

How do I find out how many subjects have been calculated for my WAM? None of the results for any of my subjects has been out but I got a WAM on my stream declaration :/ And if it is a whole number without any decimal places, would it be only a WAM of one subject that is appearing on my thing rn???????

If it's a whole number, you could have 1,2,3 or 4 subjects put on your transcript.

Also, check your zmail for marks, not myUNSW.

edit: myUNSW will be updated tomorrow by 9 am with all your marks

constant revision asking tutors for help if ur stuck, making sure u understand each key step be it for maths or physics/chem for other science subjects rote learn key definitions (id say more for geo/biology etc..)

Yep. However, an email I received this morning from unsw business school says "S1 2016 result will be released at 9am to student email accounts and at 6pm to myUNSW on Tuesday, 12 July 2016"

Time goes too quick in uni to act like its the HSC and way too much stuff to do. In HSC I had a full month to sit and do nothing but study, but uni I had tests and assessments due right up until exams.

You have to do study on top of those assessments and assignments, otherwise you're going to end up cramming. What I usually do is if I have an assessment, start it asap, allocate how much of the assignment I do each week or each day. Then as soon as I finish that one allocated part of the assignment (which always takes longer than usual), I learn the current week's content for that subject, and revise the week from the work before. So e.g. Today is week 5 so I will do x amount of assignment, learn new week 5 content, and revise week 4 content.
Another thing to remember is all of your subjects are equally contributing to your WAM, since they're all the same UoC so try to allocate the same amount of time to each subject.

You have to plan, time management and stick to it.

This is how I've done it (besides this sem which reflects my marks :c) and received success.

Give it by a week. There will be an email telling you that your myUNSW transcript got updated.
