Actually today I almost sat the wrong exam lol. They had two courses doing their test in the same room.

Same, and to make sure I don't inconvenience anyone, I make sure to take two full glasses of water. I don't think it's right for the supervisors to be serving cups of water to heaps of students sitting exams.

Dude they are probably bored to death...

No one is getting inconvenienced, it's no different if you need to go to the toilet or require tissues or require more booklets or have finished the exam and can leave early.

What I find weird is sometimes they'll get pissed off if you're still fumbling to sort out your papers in the right order or way they want.

like c'mon, we just were the ones doing a hard 2 hour exam while you got to do nothing for 2 hours, least you can do is be patient when you actually need to do something.

The logic behind is that some people pretend to continue writing their exam answers beyond pens down and claim they were writing their name and zID as their reason for still writing, after end of exam.

Yes they should. Sometimes there's enough time when you sit down to do it, but sometimes they just start the test ASAP.
