(yes, 'meat' is spelled correctly - it's an inside joke)

By popular demand (one person), us UNSW BoS-ers should meet up and do whatnot during O-Week.

O-Week is a fun fun fun time, I contend that UNSW O-Week is the best you can find around these parts - and I think very few can genuinely disagree with that sentiment. UNSW O-Week has day events, night events, and the university is fully packed with tons of people, there are stalls around, activities, big stages, giant Jenga, giant Connect Four, free food (look for the long lines), and basically it's your chance to acquaint yourself with the university (if you're a first year).

O-Week is a time where you can join clubs and societies, meet new people and make new friends - so, to be as inclusive as possible, if you are a returning or brand new UNSW student in 2013 and you also use BoS - this meat is for you!

So, if you're interested at all - post below.

There may end up being a FB event, or we can just organise it here. The possibilities are like, endless.

(are you happy now rosaline)

To the more serious stuff now - I am not 100% sure that the Unibar will be a good place to meet because there may be security there to block the Beergarden.

Now, if there is security - to form a contingency plan... I dunno - there's a picnic area near the Village Green we can all crash at. People can bring a ball and kick it around or something. People can socialise (which is probably the main thing we're going for here).

And... yeah. Later on we can figure out dates and stuff once we figure out who's attending.

Also I will 99% likely have important society stuff to do so I may end up only dropping in for a while.

I might but I'll have O-week Xtreme (and I don't know how much time that takes up) and going around doing other things

Woah, I didn't know you used the site! Nice.

Place/time?
TBD.

If any of you have ideas on what we could possibly do, then sure. If not, I have zero problems with us crashing at the grass area near the Village Green and socialising or playing sport or whatever, and then having lunch at maccas.
