Vacancy courses from last year (1 Viewer)

Are the courses that received a (v) - vacancy in UAC mean it will be less competitive and easier to get into?

i.e. Bachelor of chemical and biomol engineering in usyd is 87 and I'm hoping to get in.. but only see myself getting an atar of 85.

You could probably get into UNSW Chem Eng with 85 through this http://www.eng.unsw.edu.au/feas if you wanted to.
