Does anyone take vitamins, minerals or anything like that to help study? If so, what is it and what does it do?

I was taking a mutli and a load of fish oil tablets a day but I couldnt be bothered continuing it. Didnt really notice any difference when I was on it. I stopped because I had to take antibiotics twice a day, I couldnt take anything else within 2 hours. I was taking creatine aswell so I had to keep up a schedule just to take all my shit and it was a pain in the ass.

I only take B vitamins and fish oil capsules because they good at keeping stress and anxiety levels down.
They don't "help you study" but if you're one of those people who stress too much then they're pretty good to consider.
what is vitamin b good for?

my mum bought me these "swiss student focus" pills or something.. they smell like shit - dont buy them
