Voldemort. Despite his fondness for grandstanding (giving babies and boys the chance to defeat him), the soul-splitting and ability to disapparate make him a sneaky bastard, which I imagine would make him harder to kill.

EDIT: Really, what's Vader gonna do? Throw his light sabre at him? Voldemort will just conjure a green fire snake, fly away and Vader will be sitting there roasting in his crappy little suit.
