Given up on "What is History?" I'll try again later in the course, when i might actually get it. its only the third book i've ever given up on, the first was "forest mage", by Robin Hobb, just hated it, and the second was "one-hundred years of solitude", it was just too..... dense.

anyway, now I'm reading "The Dangerous Book for Boys". watch out, i know how to make tripwires and pressure pads now! lol

One of those books that can only be taken seriously:

Secret Black Projects of the New World Order - Tim Swartz

Edit: lolworthy book

Bob Oechsler, a robotics expert who claims he once was a NASA mission's
specialist, said that the B-2 Stealth craft's primary propulsion system was removed from
a recovered flying saucer. "The project utilizes an alien power plant, and it is disguised
by the use of four GE-F118 engines with a modification called the GE-100. There's
new technology today gleaned from recovered craft of nonhuman intelligence origin."

A collection of essays on the Holocaust

a textbook on the sociology of childhood and youth

and On the Road by Jack Kerouac, which is taking me an age to read - although I'm enjoying it.

Over the summer thus far, thanks to a recycled reading store in Singapore.

The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan
Teacher Man by Frank McCourt
Friday Night Lights by H.G. Bissinger

$3 very well spent.

My Devilish Scotsman (part of the 'Macdonell Brides Trilogy').

I've been reading it over and over again. it's seriously the best romance novel ever

"From acclaimed author Jen Holling comes the second novel in a sensual new trilogy full of passion and intrigue about a trio of sisters with the remarkable gift of witchcraft. Gillian MacDonell has always felt lacking because, unlike her sisters, she did not inherit any mystical powers. But when her father arranges a match with notorious Nicholas Lyon, Earl of Kincreag -- a Scotsman rumored to have murdered his wife -- strange visions plague her like never before. From Gillian's first moment inside Kincreag Castle, she is filled with foreboding and when attempts are made on her life, she fears the rumors may be true. But their passion burns bright and Nicholas's cold heart starts to melt. Will his desire for her turn to wrath when he learns that she's really a witch after all? "
