my health routine has gone completely off the rails because of the hsc. i went from running every day and for around 1.5 hours once a week, to sitting on my ass and adopting a really bad refined carb diet. i want to restore the balance next year, or as soon as i can:
-have fish oil every day
-run 3 x a week
-replace running with bikram yoga in winter
-completely quit all forms of lolly
-swim twice a week
-don't eat yum cha, or anything with msg in it
-quit caffeine, incl. no doze
-3L of water a day
-cut alcohol consumption down to once a month
-don't pull any all-nighters, unless they are for recreational purposes like movie marathons or i am on drugs.

and i want to:
-lose a teeny bit of fat so i can have more definition in my lower abs

hopefully my goals are attainable, but i think what i've set out for myself isn't that hard.

Teacher at my highschool won the Mr Australia I think... he definately won something.

I don't think you'll be very successful if you're doing it for someone else.

Have to want it for you.

Also, stuff your ex, plenty of fish in the sea?

Actually, i share these goals. I will eventually have a 300kg Deadlift, and i will will use it to slay a dragon. Ok, maybe not a dragon, but my lift will look cool.

Actually, i share these goals. I will eventually have a 300kg Deadlift, and i will will use it to slay a dragon. Ok, maybe not a dragon, but my lift will look cool.
yeah baby steps lol

in the time that i havent been going to the gym, my bench has gone from 70kg to 60kg. less, actually, i clagged on the third set today. this is rather embarassing.

i have pathetic everything. and the worst part is i train with a friend who does like twice the weight i do...

To lose 10kilos by 19th October (7weeks)
My eating habits have improved drastically and I've been excercising close to everyday so here's hoping!!!

This is the Truth.

I need a training partner, there is so litle energy when i train, I really think it would improve my training 10 fold.

I need someone with crazy high energy "COOOOOME ONNN!!! AHHHHH!"

Few people train in my style either, so it makes it hard to find :(

new goals- regain what little muscle i had. get buff in time for schoolies.
