what band do you plan to average on for your HSC??

I intend to get 4 band 6's and a mid range band 5 (perhaps overly optomistic).

It's foolproof!

With scaling I should get at least band 5s.

I am gonna assume that you want an average of over 90.

Otherwise it will have to be band 5 cause I wont get a band 6 in english.

And justin you have to count SOR in the average down to band 4 average you go

Hmm... I didn't think about Ancient History. I only remembered the courses I care about.

Ancient should drag me down to a band 5.

Aiming for a band five because I know that with some of my past assessment marks there's no way in hell I can get a Band 6.

is it true that most people come to BOS are generally smart?? ppl here are aimming for band 5 and 6s whereas all the friends around me are aimming for...umm..40??..

i dun think its that we are generally smart.....its just that we are aiming high i think......i dunno.....i PLAN on gettin band fives...but i doubt i will......

Well the people on BOS normally care about their work, even if they don't study in the traditional sense they ask and answer questions alot which in itself is study, so people on BOS generally do better.

i thought i was doin well in my subjects until i visited BOS. i guess its because many of the kids here go to selective schools. neways its made me more depressed :/ but yeh i have learnt alot from this site.
