Garlic.

EDIT: Now for something slightly more constructive, probably have a larger lunch than usual, just to get you over the 3 O'clock hump of snacking.

Breakfast: try special K with cut up bananas and strawberries to enhance flavour and presentation. preferably use skim milk.

Lunch: Tuna- best tasting if combined with olive oil- cut up Australian feta cheese and iceberg lettuce.

This is vital.

I'm planning to do wat I did for my eco exam on tuesday.

Big breakfast at around 10am.
Then just before the exam have an apple and a bit of water, to get some energy for the exam.

But IPT isn't a straining exam like eco or anything... we shud finish in 1.5 hours.

Normally I never eat breakfast or lunch. However before an exam I defiantly would.
For breakfast have conflakes with a layer of peaches on top, then more sugar, then more conflakes, then more peaches, then pur peach juice over the top and add sugar if you like.

For lunch, I'd have soem fruit such as cantelope melon, a an apple, grapes or a bannana.
