breakfast: corn flakes, milk, milo, sultanas.

lunch: rice, curried chicken, yoghurt.

after: some chocolate marshmellow cookies and cream thing from aldi.

dinner: same as lunch, but with a spicy potato casserole as well.

after: that potato thing in a sandwich with some cucumber, a slice of cheddar cheese, and 2 teaspoons of Dolmio extra basil bolognese sauce.
